You're no longer an FNG! Your a PAX! Time to HC for your next BD! 😵💫 Confused? Yeah... first thing to do is learn the F3 Nation Lexicon. Give that a look-see and you'll start to get your bearings and start speaking the language.
We have some more tips and resources to help you "get ye' sea legs".
Another great resource is the F3 Nation Start Here webpage where you get a little more context.
Doing hard things is just more fun when you give them stupid names. There will be no "push-ups", "sit-ups" and absolutely no "jumping jacks" around these parts!
Don't worry. There's no shame in shouting "demonstration, please!" Until then, you'll also want to check out the F3 Nation Exicon for a sampling of exercise terminology.
P.S. Many exercise names are regional in nature. So, the F3 First Capitol dialect may vary from other regions.
Within F3 Nation, there are regions. Within a region, there are multiple AOs (workout locations). We are one such region located in the city of St. Charles, Missouri.
We are simply a group of men who aim to be 1% better each day. We choose to do hard things, so we are able to do hard things when we don't have the choice. We do these hard things early in the morning to get out of our comfort zone and equip ourselves to better serve our families without intruding on family time or work commitments.
There is no "membership". Just show up. Find an AO that works for you and give it a try. SYITG.
